Check in time: 4:00pm – 10:00pm.
If you require an early check in, please call 01226 763173 before arrival to arrange this.
We operate a contactless check in procedure which saves time on your arrival, so please ensure that you have given the required and correct information when placing your booking.
If your booking includes several guests, you as the lead booker will have given your details, however for Health & Safety reasons we will ask all your guests for their own details on arrival.
Cancellation policy: 48 hours.
Full payment will be taken from the card that you have provided as you drop into the cancellation period.
If you have booked through an agency (e.g. Booking.com, etc.) any changes must be made directly through them.
On arrival, please park at the rear of the building and present at the bar, where you will be given your keys and shown to your room.
The key fob holds the room key and two keys for a main entrance leading from the car park.
There is a £100 charge for lost keys.
If you want to post any extras to your room, we will ask for card details to put on to the system.
Check out is contactless. You will be emailed a balance and this will be taken from the card that you have represented, unless you state otherwise. (Please be reassured that your personal details are protected as per GDPR.)
Check out time: 11:00am – a late check out can be arranged.
Please place your keys in the bucket on the bar.
Your pets are very welcome. There is a £15 per night charge.
Please ensure that you have booked the correct room (ground floor rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).
Dogs are not allowed in the rooms on the first floor (Room 12 Four Poster, Room 11 Superior King and Room 10 Superior Double).
Our Housekeeping Rules for Pets are posted on the website.
We operate a NO SMOKING policy throughout the building.
A £100 charge will be raised for any form of excessive cleaning and damage.
It is advisable to follow a map and not a SATNAV, as this will lead you to a dead end. We have a collective postcode.
